While the ring was not as heavy as I had expected, for the price I would have still considered it a bargain. However, the black pearl is chipped. I called the customer service number listed and left a request for a return call (or return instructions)with my name and number. I'm still waiting on that return call from the vendor. This was purchased for an Xmas gift. As it is damaged there is no way I would still use it for a gift. I only wish now is to receive the return instructions.Follow-up: I was contacted by the vendor and provided the procedure to return the product. I decided to keep the product knowing it was chipped. As the vendor offered me a reseanable return process and apologizes for the delayed response, I will most likely try this vendor again in future.beautiful ring if you know how to wear it, it will give you the security of wearing it since it is made with high quality materials and is strikingLooks and feels very cheap.
