This ring looks way better than its picture. Sizing is true to generous and the stones are set very slightly lower than the level of the metal surrounding them. That should provide good protection as tourmaline is one of the softer gemstones. This one is a keeper, and I even bought a companion in blue topaz.Just a quick note that these comfort fit rings, especially with stones set into them like this, are thicker than regular high setting rings. That may be a consideration for people that don't like th extra thickness around the finger.
